Global Tech Masters is the result of the affiliation of two companies, IPI Ltd and Global 66 Inc.
I.P.I Ltd and Global 66 Inc were in Business of Management and Technical Consulting, Project Management and System Implementation, mostly in Oil and Gas and High Tech. industries and specialized in Wire line Well Logging sales, training and service and operation.
I.P.I Ltd and Global 66 inc. were established in 1999 and 2005 respectively and their successful consulting business led into establishing Global Tech Masters Inc.
The president and CEO of both I.P.I. Ltd and Global 66 Inc. is Farzad Abtahi, his summary of highlights and qualification is as follows:

• Engineering Support position in Libya
• Electronic and Instrument Maintenance Engineer in Middle East, Canada, Libya
• Achieved sales of $5,000,000. Well-Logging equipment by utilizing extensive contacts in Middle East, China,and Canada.
• Assessed technical need for new well logging equipment and was with the technical and purchasing committee with $15,000,000 capital budget.
